Havaianas isn't just a sandal; it's the unofficial uniform of Brazil. For the Tokyo 2021 Olympics, our task was to bring that vibrant, democratic energy to the world’s biggest stage. I focused on creating a visual language that felt both celebratory of Brazilian roots and respectful of the minimalist, rhythmic aesthetic of Japanese design.

As Lead Designer, I spearheaded the visual translation of the "Official Brazilian Uniform" for the Tokyo 2021 Games. My goal was to bridge two distinct cultures—fusing Brazil’s vibrant, organic energy with the structured, rhythmic minimalism of Japanese design.
